San Bao

Together with my spouse I run the health and sanity center San Bao, where I mainly take care of business of the futon/sleeping material department.

Throughout a growing interest in the natural way of life, I entered the world of the health food business, now already over 25 years ago. Via working in and having health food shops, macrobiotic restaurants annex hotel a few specific specifications came forth as more promising. My main occupation during the week is being a commercial attaché with the wholesaler of organic natural food Vajra, combined with the already mentioned business of futon making and selling. These 2 items combine very well with the other points of interest, the things also that make the main business of Inge: the counseling of other in their path towards a joyful and peaceful world through means of healthy food, healthy way of life and a universal vision of things. The giving of cooking classes is in such a very enjoyable way of presenting all this.
